  • Design, enhance, and implement global performance management frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and continuous improvement.
  • Lead key talent initiatives including annual promotion planning, succession pipelines, and critical capabilities development.
  • Provide strategic guidance to HRBPs and business leaders on performance and talent processes, translating frameworks into actionable solutions.
  • Evaluate and drive adoption of performance-related reward modules (e.g., business-target-based bonus schemes) and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Analyze performance and talent data to identify insights, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Coordinate and mentor junior team members to support program execution and operational excellence.

  • Education: Master's degree preferred in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in performance management, talent development, or HR strategy, ideally in a global or regional role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of performance/talent frameworks, evaluation methods, and HR systems (e.g., Talent Management Modules).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; experience leading cross-functional HR initiatives.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating insights into strategic actions.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Mindset: Strategic, collaborative, and solutions-driven, with a strong ability to manage complexity in a matrixed environment.
