The Service Sales Specialist is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
What You Will Do
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions include service contacts, preventive maintenance programs, spare parts and repair services.
 - Develop and maintain strong consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account.
 - Engage in various sales activities, including prospecting, forecasting, generating proposals, preparing sales quotations and negotiating contracts.
 - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through in-depth understanding of the customer's organization, increased dedication to their account, timely communication, and thorough follow-up.
 - Coordinate between customers, service engineers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
 
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, with proficiency in English.
 - No prior experience in service sales required; Minimum 2 years experience in Sales is advantage, preferably within a service organization or provider.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 - Self-motivated with proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
 - Excellent organizational skills
 
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
- Ability to travel – list specifics 50% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
 
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales is advantage, preferably within a service organization or provider.
 - Basic understanding of biotech or life sciences is a plus, but training will be provided.
