Key Responsibilities

  • Support technical teams throughout the procurement and delivery of assigned project packages.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to project requirements.
  • Ensure all commercial activities align with project and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Manage supply chain activities to match project objectives.
  • Lead the tender process, including preparation of tender documentation, clarifications, evaluations (contractual, commercial, technical, and localization), and supplier selection.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contract documentation with counterparties.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of contract status and documentation.
  • Analyze contractual terms and conditions to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage post-award contract administration including variations, KPIs, and payment approvals.
  • Coordinate closely with finance and cost control teams to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
  • Ensure confidentiality agreements are in place before sensitive information is shared.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior commercial team members as needed.
  • Perform other contract administration and commercial duties as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or Law.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in contract or commercial management within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven expertise in procurement and contract management, with familiarity in standard industry forms such as FIDIC, BIMCO, or LOGIC.
  • Experience in offshore wind projects is strongly preferred - especially in areas such as floating foundations, offshore substations, or subsea cables.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software tools.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and geographies.
  • Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency will be considered a plus.
