About the Role
Operation and Maintenance Manager. The Operation and Maintenance Manager (O&M Manager) is responsible for operation and maintenance of plant activities. He/she is fully acquainted with the site-specific rules, safety regulations and environmental protection measures and that they perform their work accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Lead the O&M team to operate the plant in safe and timely manner.
- Lead, organize and supervise the safe operation of the plant (site rules, safety regulations, shift plan, shift log, etc.) from system turnover from erection, commissioning stage, ODD period until Turn-Over to customer by working Collaboratory with the COMM & COM LE as well as customer.
- Advise the COM LE of any information that could influence the commissioning time schedule and/or the commissioning staff planning.
- Manage the O&M team to perform operation per the specifications and engineering documents, considering the safety instructions, environmental protection measures and local regulations.
- Manage the O&M team to work off the open item lists of systems under his/her responsibility by arrangement with the COMM & COM LE.
- Manage, supervise and co-ordinate personnel assigned to him/her.
- Manage the O&M team to maintain a logbook according to the instructions and working Collaboratory with the COMM.
