Project Translator & Document Controller

Tucheng District, New Taipei City, Taiwan
we're looking for? This position is for
Wanda OCS project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the translator for necessary document or meeting (live translation Chinese / English)
- Support the Document Control Manager team in the implementation of the Project Documentation Plan. Make sure those rules are understood and respected by Stakeholder Project Management team member.
- Respect the proper functioning of the department of Documentation.
- Respect document control actions assigned such as:
- Prepare and follow incoming and outcoming correspondence for the project. Ensuring delivery, receipt and timely distribution of correspondence
- Coordinate the actions of the participating entities in terms of on deliveries, communications and other internal and external requests.
- Register and update the necessary documentation, according to the processes and documents exchanging in the database
- Make sure internal validation of documents is done and perform the subsequent validation process before submittal to Customer/Engineer.
- Respect the process of exchanges of internal and external documents.
- Contribute with Doc Control Manager in alerting the Project Management team about next milestones related to documentation deliveries.
- Ensure documentation recording in the Electronic Documentation Management System (Project Library, Documentation and Correspondence).
- Contribute with Doc Control Manager to provide documentation reporting and indicators to, Project Manager, Project Management and prepare any reports according to the needs of the department.
- Perform documents storage as defined during Project life and documents archiving at the end of the Project
- Be accountable for control of hardcopy records
- Generally speaking and according to the guidance and objectives given, contribute to the Consortium Doc Control Manager responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- A degree in engineering / relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in documentation control & translation.
- Fresh graduates are welcome .
- Ability to instant translation in meeting.
- General technical understanding / ability to translate technical discussion or documents.
- Reporting skills.
- Excellent Chinese & English communication skills (oral + written)
