【About the Role】

We are seeking a Supply Solution Manager to bridge cross-functional collaboration, optimize supply chain processes, and deliver strategic insights to senior management.

In this role, you will act as the key liaison among Global Project & Partner Management (GPPM), Regional Operations, Demand Planning, Global Production, Sales, and Finance teams. You will design integrated supply solutions, enhance operational efficiency through data-driven reporting, and ensure synchronized execution across global projects.

The position is based in Taiwan, with potential collaboration across multiple regions. Candidates with experience in electronics or manufacturing industries are strongly encouraged to apply.

【Key Responsibilities】

  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Integration


• Serve as the main contact between GPPM, Regional Operations, Demand Planning, Global Production, Sales, and Finance to align goals and remove operational bottlenecks.


• Develop integrated workflows covering demand planning, inventory management, and supplier performance tracking.


• Lead regular interdepartmental sync meetings to ensure transparency and timeline adherence.

  • Strategic Reporting & Analytics


• Prepare consolidated performance reports and strategic insights for senior management.


• Participate in recurring meetings for strategic project synchronization, with focus on supply and logistics.

  • Supply Solution & Optimization


• Design and implement cost- and carbon-efficient supply models and logistics flows for key strategic projects (e.g., RMM, New ROC, VMI).


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies to optimize processes and resource utilization.

  • Stakeholder Management


• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align business priorities and mitigate risks.


• Provide operational guidance on procurement compliance and regulatory standards.

  • Governance & Communications


• Oversee multiple interdependent projects within Global Operations (GO) to ensure synchronized deliverables, quality, and timeline control.


• Lead governance and communication alignment across cross-functional teams.

【Skills & Competencies】


• Supply Chain Expertise: 10+ years of experience in supply chain management within electronics or manufacturing, covering demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier relations.


• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic actions.


• Project Management: Proven record of leading cross-functional initiatives with effective resource and timeline management.


• Digital & Data Literacy: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis), advanced Excel, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).


• Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for influencing and building consensus.


• Strategic Mindset: Capable of aligning supply strategies with organizational goals and adapting to dynamic markets.


• Language Skills: Fluent in English; Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.


• AI Implementation (Preferred): Understanding of AI applications in operations such as demand forecasting, process automation, and data-driven decision-making; knowledge of agentic AI systems is an advantage.
