Your Role
- Determine the strategic approach to key accounts, aligning teams, innovation, and product development with customer expectations to drive business results
- Lead a team dedicated to innovation project development and execution at our top customers' development centers in Taichung, TW
- Demonstrate professional global project management, ensuring transparency on Henkel activities and delivered value to customers
- Cultivate robust and lasting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across all communication levels
- Regularly interact with Henkel Sales, Application Engineering, Marketing, and Innovation teams across Asia and India to ensure seamless collaboration
- Lead negotiations with highly strategic, and multi-faceted approach, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Technical background is preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years experience in Sales, Key Account Management of chemical industry and/or manufacturing is required
- Minimum of five (5) years experience of leading team is required
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English are required ;
- Ability to work seamlessly with diverse team members across multiple countries
- Base location is Taichung, up to 30% local business travel
- Proficient in navigating a matrix organization, leading through strategic thinking, and adept at building relationships with professionals at senior organizational levels
