We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager
to drive regional growth in Taiwan and across Asia.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial development within international business environments
- Solid understanding of complex project operations and contract negotiations
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin; additional foreign languages are a plus
- Strategic mindset with proven presentation and leadership abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage regional Key Accounts, building long-term partnerships
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in local and regional markets
- Support proposal development, pricing, and bidding activities
- Negotiate agreements, resolve claims/disputes, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Lead and mentor a small regional team in commercial and BD activities
Others:
- Should be based in, or willing to relocate to, Taipei or Taichung City.
