Key Responsibilities:

Product Positioning and Messaging

  • Define and develop product positioning, messaging, and value proposition to our consumer AI products effectively.

Go-to-Market Strategies

  • Collaborate seamlessly across teams to execute successful product launches, driving robust user adoption and capturing significant market share.

Competitive Analysis/ Customer Insights

  • Conduct research to grasp industry trends, competition landscape, and consumer needs. Leverage these insights to shape product messaging with a competitive edge.

Collaboration Across Functions

  • Foster close collaboration with product, design, engineering, and US/Global teams. Ensure consistent alignment of messaging and campaigns with company goals.

Content Development

  • Own the creation of impactful marketing assets that resonate across digital and traditional channels. Drive robust awareness and enduring customer loyalty.

Metrics and Analytics

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the efficacy of marketing initiatives and drive continual improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2C software, apps, or consumer technology or AI.
  • Experience in launching AI software products in the US market and engaging with the global community.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the AI space.
  • Excellent English-Chinese bilingual communication skills to facilitate cross-cultural/functional collaboration and craft compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated adeptness in collaborating within cross-functional/regional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
