About the Role A global semiconductor innovator is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their Taipei team, focusing on Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs). In this role, you'll bridge technology and market needs, supporting customer success in applications across memory, storage, and Type-C PD sectors. You'll collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and channel partners to drive new design opportunities, shape product strategies, and strengthen customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account and product strategies aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and FAE teams to drive design wins and meet revenue goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within key accounts and emerging applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, reference design accounts, and distribution partners.
- Conduct market analysis to provide insight into trends, competitors, and product positioning.
- Propose new product ideas based on customer feedback and market evolution.
- Support technical coordination between internal teams and customers for smooth issue resolution.
- Work closely with customer service and operations to ensure timely product delivery and accurate demand forecasting.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development within the semiconductor or power electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of power management ICs or related technologies (e.g., DC/DC, AC/DC, or Type-C PD).
- Ability to interpret technical data and application circuits and translate them into business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Proven track record in relationship management and cross-department collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research and forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel domestically for customer or partner meetings.
