Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
- Oversee import and export operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and process efficiency.
- Manage the procurement of raw materials and shared components across business units, ensuring supply chain stability and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, conducting regular evaluations and performance management.
- Analyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities, and develop effective response strategies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement requirements and supply plans meet business needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of procurement experience, including raw material sourcing (e.g., copper, iron, aluminum) and management-level responsibilities.
- Proven successful experiences in international procurement, supplier consolidation, and second-source development.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and processes.
- Proficient in English communication (written and spoken) and native Mandarin speaker.
