About The Role

Customer Service Specialist based in Taiwan

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful support via chat and email
- Troubleshoot user issues and guide them through features
- Help customers get the best results and ROI with
- Track and prioritize customer feedback to improve the product
- Be the voice of the customer—collaborate with product and tech teams
- Contribute to our help center and internal documentation
- Join weekly team meetings, brainstorms, and knowledge sessions
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
- Self-starter who works well independently and takes initiative
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
**The role need to cover night shifts, from 12:00am-9:00am in Taipei time**
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in customer-facing roles
Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, or other CRMs
An interest or background in marketing, SaaS, or design tools
