Job Responsibilities:

【Strategy】

  • Annual CRO strategy to increase WEB(OLO) CV% and APP(PKAPP) usage%

l Discover customer needs and understand pain points by 1) Background Research, 2) Competitive Analysis, 3) Interview/Survey, 4) Brain-storming workshop, 5) Field study 6) Data analysis which may utilize GA4, fullstory or related tools.

l Set KPI for eacha initiative, set annual development calendar

l Project evaluation incl resource, ROI, and expected outcome.

l Collaborate with related parties incl. internal and external vendors.

  • Explore potential solutions to uplift post-purchase satisfaction incl order tracker, communication with rider, customer feedback flow design.

【Plan Execution/Project management】

  • Provide clear action proposal by project base.
  • Design flow chart and easy wireframe for cross-function communication and co-work.
  • Work closely with IT, designers, even outside vendors on UI frames, and prototype.
  • Formulate and conduct series of A/B testing to test different hypothesis to improve overall CRO and add-on rate
  • Project management incl timeline and deliverables.
  • Project performance tracking and be able to identify key factors.
  • Agency/Vendor management
  • Leverage agencies to optimize the digital marketing investment.
  • Learn new practices and tools from the market to get digital experience initiatives.
  • Reporting : Regular basis reporting incl CRO performance review and project updates.

Requirements:

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in UX planning and design or EC ordering journey optimization

  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and user experience

  • Communicate concepts with team using storyboard and prototype

  • Experience in design with Figma tool

  • Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting digital experience designing consumer-focused, app/mobile products.

  • Data-driven and growth mind-set

  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Business PM, Designers, Engineers, and Product owners throughout the design process.

  • Experience designing with app product incl android and iOS platform

  • Comfortable with presenting to stakeholders, and speaking on behalf of the team's objectives and ambitions.

Skills requirements

Ÿ Experienced of Background Research, Competitive Analysis, Interview/Survey, Persona, User Journey, Interaction Map, Wireframe, Prototype, Usability Test, Mockup.

Ÿ Data analysis ability thru familiar with Google analysis, GA4, firebase

Familiar with co-work flow incl UI designer, IT development and product team (refers to marketing, EC and APP team).
