Job Description

As a Digital Strategy Consultant, you will help clients transform business needs into actionable plans, leveraging your ability to integrate multiple solutions and tailor proposals based on client requirements. You are expected to possess a broad industry perspective and strong market awareness, along with the capability to bridge technology and services through integration and strategic planning. You will coordinate resources across stakeholders and provide the best recommendations aligned with client pain points and strategic goals. At the same time, you will take on leadership responsibilities—developing team members, exercising leadership, and driving cross-department collaboration to ensure strategies are implemented effectively and generate tangible value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor team members, enhancing professional capabilities and execution efficiency.
  • Analyze and identify client business needs and challenges, and propose holistic solution strategies.
  • Integrate diverse products and services to design cross-domain proposals.
  • Deliver client presentations, proposals, and technical consulting, clearly communicating strategies, value, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate with product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure solution completeness and feasibility.
  • Balance cost considerations with execution feasibility to ensure competitive solutions.
  • Continuously track market and industry trends (e.g., retail, manufacturing), proactively sharing, evaluating, and introducing solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of consulting or solution planning experience.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, platform applications, data analytics, AI, ESG, and the ability to think across domains.
  • Strong market awareness with the ability to quickly understand and adopt emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of presenting to users and senior management and guiding decision-making.
  • Experience in independent proposal creation and cross-departmental or integrated solution planning.
  • Proven team leadership or people management experience, with the ability to develop and lead teams to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SaaS ecosystems (API, partner models) or related projects.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling or co-selling with partners.
  • Government agency information system project experience.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese.
