What Will You Do

  • Proactively care for customer system usage, monitor adoption rates and health indicators, effectively prevent customer churn and maintain good relationships.
  • Provide continuous system operation guidance, problem troubleshooting and technical support to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations for customers.
  • Collect user feedback and suggestions for improvement, collaborate with product and R&D teams to promote functional optimization and iteration, and continuously enhance product competitiveness.
  • Write and maintain product operating manuals and frequently asked questions (FAQs) to provide clear, easy-to-understand and self-lookable support content.
  • Regularly update FAQs and integrate the latest features and FAQs to improve the efficiency and experience of internal teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with product and support teams to manage document versions, content specifications, and publishing processes to ensure consistency and timeliness.
  • Assist customers in making good use of big data analysis and AI insights to promote personalized experiences and the implementation of precision marketing strategies.
  • Participate in the implementation process of MarTech tools, CRM, marketing automation platforms, and other systems to help customers smoothly launch and achieve operational goals.
