We are looking for an
Electrical Engineer
to join our team and support the design and development of advanced cooling solutions. This role focuses on motor design, control, and system integration, with responsibility from early feasibility through production launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize motors and impeller systems using electromagnetic simulation tools to evaluate torque, efficiency, and thermal behavior.
- Develop or support motor control strategies; work with firmware and system teams to validate algorithms and ensure integration with system-level requirements.
- Provide input on electrical design-for-manufacturing (DFM) and component selection; ensure designs meet cost, reliability, and scalability goals.
- Lead feasibility studies, develop and execute test plans, and conduct qualification and reliability testing for production readiness.
- Perform failure analysis and engineering evaluations; maintain product documentation including drawings, specifications, reports, and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, and validation engineers to deliver solutions aligned with overall product goals.
- Support light to medium business travel as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in motor design, electromagnetic simulation, and control systems.
- Familiarity with motor control algorithms, firmware integration, and system validation.
- Knowledge of DFM principles and reliability testing methods.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
