Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Platforms
- Define creative platforms and campaign concepts for brand and product initiatives.
- Govern brand voice and visual language; publish and maintain a
Brand Voice Guide
and
Launch Message House
(tagline + short/long narrative).
Creative Direction & Production Oversight
- Direct design and production (art direction, 3D/CGI, photo/video, motion, livestream).
- Provide clear critiques and final sign-offs that raise the bar for craft.
Workflow & Systems
- Establish a unified pipeline: brief templates, file/folder structure, shared asset library, review checkpoints (concept → design lock → final QC), localization notes.
- Track core metrics such as
on-time delivery, asset reuse, and rework rates
.
Global Toolkit Development
- Deliver adaptable toolkits (key visuals, motion cut-downs, copy templates, layouts) that empower regions without reducing Creative to an "asset factory."
Creative Innovation
- Maintain a
6-month "What's Next" radar
; pilot new formats/technologies each quarter, scale proven ones into templates.
Team Leadership & Resource Management
- Hire, coach, and develop talent.
- Manage agencies/freelancers and foster a culture of feedback and growth.
- Own the creative budget and calendar; prioritize projects for impact and timely delivery.
Measurement & Improvement
- Define and track KPIs: engagement uplift, on-time milestones, asset reuse vs. rework, regional satisfaction.
- Run post-mortems and apply learnings to future briefs.
Brand Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with licensing, rights usage, and legal checks across all creative outputs.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's in Communication/Visual Design, Advertising/Art Direction, Film/Motion, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.
Experience
- 10+ years of creative leadership in
tech/gaming/consumer electronics
, with 5+ years managing designers and producers. - Proven track record of delivering
integrated campaigns
(concept → design → photo/video/3D → launch). - Experience providing
global toolkits
for regional adaptation. - Successful track record in
building and optimizing creative workflows

Craft & Tools
- Expert in
Adobe CC (PS/AI/Ae/Pr)
and
Figma
. - Ability to direct
motion/3D (Cinema4D/Blender/KeyShot)
and live/recorded shoots. - Strong eye for
typography, color, layout, and art direction
. - Familiar with shared asset libraries and version control practices.

- Demonstrated ability to pilot

(real-time 3D, livestream, AR/XR, smart templates, AI) with measurable impact.

- Deep understanding of
