Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Paid Marketing Lead to launch and manage our paid advertising efforts across all brands. This role will involve hands-on daily management of campaigns on key platforms, optimizing for performance, and driving towards critical KPIs such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in paid online advertising and a proven track record of delivering results in e-commerce or brand environments. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with our international team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness for Evoria, Nippon Matcha, and other brands.
- Manage and optimize daily campaigns across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Amazon, TikTok, and Google Ads (AdWords), ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights, conducting A/B tests, and implementing optimizations to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), conversion rates, and overall efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders on progress towards KPIs.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, forecasting spend and allocating resources to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and product to create compelling ad creatives and align marketing efforts with broader company objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing to innovate and refine strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in the dietary supplements and wellness sector.
- Oversee the setup and management of tracking tools, ensuring accurate attribution and data integrity.
Qualifications and Requirements
- AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN PAID ONLINE ADVERTISING, EITHER MANAGING CAMPAIGNS FOR A BRAND OR AT A MARKETING AGENCY, PREFERABLY IN E-COMMERCE, HEALTH/WELLNESS, OR CONSUMER GOODS.
- Deep expertise in platforms such as Amazon Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (AdWords).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns with POSITIVE ROI and scaling paid initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus for local market engagement.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance reporting.
- Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
