You will lead the team to drive overall business operations and ensure sustainable growth in strategy, performance, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team to achieve operational goals and ensure business performance targets are met.
- Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term business plans and projects, and regularly review performance outcomes.
- Establish and optimize internal management systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Oversee production planning, delivery schedules, manpower allocation, output, and cost control of the production department.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to formulate brand marketing and digital e-commerce strategies.
- Manage the performance of administrative and support functions, including goal setting, budgeting, cost control, talent development, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration and communication to ensure smooth organizational operations.
- Integrate resources and form strategic partnerships to expand domestic and international business.
Execute projects and development initiatives assigned by senior management to drive continuous business growth.
Expertise / Experience
Minimum 5–8 years of operational management experience in catering, retail channels, or food production and manufacturing.
- Fluent in English or Japanese, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
