What You'll Do
As our Assistant Public Relations Manager, you'll play a key role in driving Nestlé Taiwan's communications strategy across multiple dimensions:
- ESG & CSV Communications:
Implement and manage annual communication plans for ESG/CSV initiatives to enhance corporate reputation and stakeholder trust. - Product PR & Storytelling:
Collaborate with internal teams and business units to craft compelling media materials—press releases, feature stories, and more—to generate buzz and brand awareness. - Media Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts. Prepare for interviews and respond to media inquiries with professionalism and agility. - Executive Communications:
Develop impactful speeches and content for our Chairman and Spokesperson for high-profile speaking engagements. - Crisis & Issue Management:
Support proactive issue monitoring and crisis response to protect and uphold Nestlé's brand integrity. - Project & Agency Management:
Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of communication strategies and materials, maintaining message consistency across all channels.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media, communications, or PR in Taiwan.
- Ideally 3 years in a PR agency; corporate in-house or journalism experience is a strong plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans.
- Experience in
CSR/ESG programs
is highly desirable. - Comfortable working with cross-functional and global stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
