Our FSE conducts a broad range of activities from early-stage discovery optimization to testing, support and renewal of existing product offerings. Collects, summarizes and communicates results and recommendations to ensure regulatory needs are met and the sales organization and customers are knowledgeable about the appropriate uses for products.

The Role & Responsibilities

  • Product promoting to key customer for business growth.
  • Project engagement and management.
  • Product performance issue solving and trouble-shooting
  • Product quality maintenance
  • Customer intimacy and relationship development and maintenance
  • Industry and customer intelligence and competitive landscape monitoring and reporting.
  • Flexible working hours and support customers for urgent cases.
  • Good communicator with functional teams (RD, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, etc..) in different countries (USA, Japan, Korea, etc…)

Your Qualification Profile

  • Master's Degree and above in engineering.
  • 3 years above experiences in Semiconductor field and Litho is plus.
  • Fluent language in Mandarin and English.
  • Familiar with office system like Excel, Word and Power point.
  • A great communicator (verbal and written), good team player, energetic, diligent and tenacious.
  • Disciplined and self-motivated.
  • Prioritization skills to handle multiple and challenging tasks.
  • Result-oriented with action bias.
