About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Medical Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth in medium to large-scale hospitals across Northern Taiwan. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospital clients through regular visits and responsive service.
- Promote pharmaceutical products by presenting key features and differentiators; stay informed about competitor offerings.
- Lead the introduction and onboarding of new drugs into hospital formularies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to support strategic planning.
- Provide accurate medical and scientific information to clients, integrating product knowledge with healthcare needs.
- Drive new drug submission processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospital-based pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Experience in new drug proposal or formulary submission is a plus.
