About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Medical Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth in medium to large-scale hospitals across Northern Taiwan. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about healthcare innovation, client engagement, and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospital clients through regular visits and responsive service.
  • Promote pharmaceutical products by presenting key features and differentiators; stay informed about competitor offerings.
  • Lead the introduction and onboarding of new drugs into hospital formularies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to support strategic planning.
  • Provide accurate medical and scientific information to clients, integrating product knowledge with healthcare needs.
  • Drive new drug submission processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hospital-based pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Experience in new drug proposal or formulary submission is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented.
