The Successful Applicant
A successful Software Manager should have:
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Python and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a player-coach capacity.
- Strong grasp of web fundamentals and API design principles.
- Proficiency in relational databases and containerization tools like Docker.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
