About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and operations-focused Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to build and scale our global influencer marketing system. In this role, you will be responsible for designing operational frameworks, setting up processes, and ensuring influencer marketing becomes a sustainable growth engine for our OTA business. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to establish best practices, improve efficiency, and maximize ROI from influencer-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the influencer marketing operating system: Define processes, workflows, and governance models for influencer selection, onboarding, collaboration, and evaluation.
 - Develop global and regional influencer marketing guidelines, toolkits, and SOPs to ensure consistent execution across markets.
 - Establish influencer database/CRM, campaign tracking systems, and scalable reporting dashboards.
 - Design performance measurement frameworks linking influencer impact directly to key business metrics (bookings, revenue, customer acquisition).
 - Collaborate with product, growth, and regional marketing teams to integrate influencer marketing into the full customer journey.
 - Optimize budget allocation, resource planning, and partnership models to ensure cost efficiency and long-term sustainability.
 - Oversee large-scale influencer collaborations (travel campaigns, destination launches, seasonal promotions) with operational excellence.
 - Monitor global trends, benchmark competitors, and continuously refine the influencer operations model.
 - Mentor and develop junior team members, building an operations-driven influencer marketing culture.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master's degree a plus.
 - 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing or digital partnerships.
 - Proven experience in building operational systems or frameworks for influencer or partner marketing.
 - Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem in travel, lifestyle, and digital platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
 - Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign measurement, attribution, and ROI analysis.
 - Strong organizational and project management skills with experience handling cross-market initiatives.
 - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
 - Fluent in Mandarin & English; additional Asian languages (Japanese, Korean) are highly desirable.
