Requirement
Essential
- 8 years+ of BSP(xPU/DSP/micro processor/security/performance/power/AI) experience including:
- Proven expertise in Linux kernel and Android HAL driver development
- Strong background in software architecture design for embedded or heterogeneous computing platforms
- Solid understanding of Generative AI (GAI) technologies and agentic system integration
- Demonstrated experience in system performance tuning and low power optimization
- Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools for complex heterogeneous systems
- Proficient in C/C++ and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Linux kernel upstream contribution experience
- Familiar with CPU/GPU/DSP/co-processor system design
- Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, or building agent-based AI solutions
- Knowledge of security best practices in AI-enabled systems
- Contributions to open-source projects related to BSP, AI, or agentic systems
