Key Responsibilities

  • 協助日常業務與行政支援,如文件管理、會議安排

Assist with daily business operations, including document handling, meeting scheduling.

  • 協助跨部門溝通協調,確保資訊即時同步與任務順利執行

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates and smooth execution.

  • 參與API 串接流程,協助收集需求、與內外部技術團隊對接(無需程式背景)

Support basic API integration coordination—help gather requirements and liaise with tech teams.

  • 製作追蹤表,提供執行進度報告與支援資料彙整

Prepare trackers and status updates for project visibility.

  • 各項API上線後維運,包含商品與訂單串接工作與錯誤回報

Ongoing maintenance and operations after API launches, including product and order integrations as well as error reporting.

Requirements

  • 1 年以上行政或業務支援、專案助理等相關經驗(實習亦可)

1+ years of experience in admin, business support, or project coordination (internships welcome).

  • 熟悉 Google Workspace 具備良好報表與文件處理能力

Proficient in Google Workspace good documentation & reporting skills.

  • 擅長溝通協作,能清楚釐清需求、整合資訊與對接資源

Strong communicator; comfortable working across functions and clarifying needs.

  • 有責任感、細心、抗壓力佳,能同時處理多項任務

Detail-oriented, accountable, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

  • 需中英文精通

Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required

Nice to Have

  • 有系統對接或技術對話經驗佳

Exposure to API integrations or tech-team collaboration is a plus.

  • 具備跨國團隊合作經驗
