Position
Responsible to guide, manage, coordinate and develop the High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie business and client portfolio locally
Job responsibilities
- Define High Jewels & Haute Horlogerie events/sales planning, working with central depts. and local Country Managing Director
- Define the commercial strategy for the High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie products in terms of sales performance and target, channels and client portfolio management
- Leverage on client portfolio analysis to set local clienteling objectives and priorities, adapting central strategy at local level
- Oversee the definition of personalized annual client journey plans leveraging all touchpoints (020, gifting, events, experiences, in-store and out-of-store activities) for our clients from our top 4 HE segments
- Ensure main HE clienteling targets / KPis are met at market level, store level and HECM level in the region
- Revise and approve the product assortment proposal per each area/country (key locations, product typology, length of the product availability in each location etc.)
- Supervise network's spot requests and special orders providing sales directions
- Drive the High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie team, providing advice, coaching and training
- Drive and monitor the HE Club results with actions to motivate, develop and improve performance of this group
- Interact and build relationships with HE clients acting as an ambassador of our HE creations
Profile
Education :University Degree from a leading institution.
Languages : Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Professional experience & know how: At least 15+ yrs of sales management experience in a renowned Jewlery company.
