Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily air freight operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, and customers to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Monitor shipment schedules, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of shipment data, including billing and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Logistics, Transportation, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management industry.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics operations, Warehouse Management, and industry-related technologies.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience with CargoWise is an advantage.
