Job Summary
Collect, integrate, and classify various Manufacturing issues and feedback from each Tooling site. Support mold related manufacturing development, process improvement and tech capability enhancement.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Support data collection and analysis, establish mold manufacturing standards.
- Support mold manufacturing and process development& improvement.
- Support new tech test of Mold manufacturing.
- Support fixture development and improvement.
- Support the analysis, development and improvement of standard clamping fixture for Auto Measuring System.
- Support mold manufacturing system data's collection, analysis and process established.
- Support the development and improvement of Mold Automation.
- Support new mold tech test and establish related tools and system.
- Support training employees in operating manufacturing system.
- Support the development of mold manufacturing system operation manual.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
- Understand mold manufacturing flow.
- Basic reading ability in mold mechanical drawing.
- Basic ability in mold fixture design.
