The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across servers, network devices, IP phones, and personal computers. You will act as a technical bridge between internal teams' needs and IT solutions, helping to drive operational efficiency through reliable technology support.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, network equipment, IP phones, and PCs.
- Support internal teams in network connectivity, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure smooth operations.
- Manage IT system assets, perform testing, and assist with procurement as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement IT solutions that align with business needs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure maintenance, system administration, or related roles.
- Proficient in Windows, VMware, NAS/Storage operations, and general IT troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Experience with ISO standards and compliance practices is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High enthusiasm for IT technologies and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Degree in Information Technology or completion of IT-related training courses is preferred.
