Full-time, 9:30 to 18:00, Monday to Friday‌ (this will change to Tuesday-Saturday when events are running (must be prepared to accept that there are regular occasions when a task is required to be performed outside of normal working hours)

JOB SUMMARY

The Program Lead plays a key support role in overseeing the successful delivery of programs and daily operations at the assigned location. Reporting to the Head of Global Operations, the Program Lead helps maintain high standards in program execution, team performance, student satisfaction, and partner engagement. This position acts as a bridge between cross-functional teams, students, host companies, and other stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and brand consistency. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Management

  • Oversee all aspects of program delivery from planning to completion, including event organization, accommodation, logistics, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely updates on placement progress, incidents, and event reporting.
  • Ensure internship feedback is collected, recorded, and reviewed for continuous improvement.

Student & Incident Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for student concerns, escalating complex or urgent matters to senior management as needed.
  • Manage student health, safety, and conduct issues in line with established protocols.
  • Support host company transitions and assist with student–host conflict resolution in coordination with location teams.

Partner Engagement & Support

  • Assist in identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with host companies to expand and strengthen the partner network.
  • Maintain regular communication with host partners to gather feedback and ensure program quality.
  • Support the organization of local events, networking sessions, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with visa research, documentation and placement preparation processes.

Office & Operational Management

  • Coordinate logistics for FAM trips and faculty visits.
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and other administrative duties assigned by the Head of Global Operations.
  • Track local budgets, monitor expenses, and process financial documentation.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training logistics of new staff in the program location.

EXPERIENCES / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in international education, internship programs, or operations management.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects involving students, partner organizations, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment; prior regional or global exposure is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, partners, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive issues such as student incidents or partner concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Financial literacy and experience managing local budgets or processing financial documentation.
  • Ability to lead, train, and support staff, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and occasionally travel for partner visits, events, or training.
