The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Analyst, Organizational Development
to drive key initiatives that foster engagement, inclusion, and continuous growth across the organization. You will collaborate across teams to design and implement programs that inspire people, elevate leaders, and sustain a culture where everyone thrives.

This is a temporary, fixed-term position with an expected duration of approximately one year, to cover a period of maternity leave. It offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful organizational programs while gaining exposure to a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Lead the administration and analysis of the annual employee engagement survey, ensuring insights are translated into meaningful action plans.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives.
  • Support and facilitate leadership development programs that strengthen capability and culture.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to embed company values throughout the employee experience.
  • Track, analyze, and report on program outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in OD, HR, or related areas.
  • Proven experience in program design, facilitation, and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
  • Demonstrated passion for employee engagement, leadership growth, and DEI.
  • Advanced level of English , both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare clear, professional communications and reports.
