Responsibilities
- Plan, Design, and Execute Learning Programs
* Lead the end-to-end learning process, from assessing capability needs to designing, organizing,
and delivering effective training programs.
* Partner with business leaders to ensure learning solutions align with organizational and talent
development goals.
* Personally conduct or facilitate key training sessions when needed to enhance learning
engagement and effectiveness.
- Talent & Leadership Development
* Design and drive succession planning, career development, and leadership programs.
* Identify and develop high-potential talent to support future business growth.
- Manage Employee Relations and HR Administration
* Handle employee relations matters, fostering positive workplace communication and engagement.
* Oversee HR administrative operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and data accuracy.
* Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to support organizational consistency.
Qualification
1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology,
Organizational Development, or a related field.
2.Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a primary focus on Learning & Development
or Training, complemented by cross-functional experience in HR areas (e.g., Employee Relations,
HR Administration, or Recruiting).
3.Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), instructional design, and digital
learning content creation.
4.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin (TOEIC
850+ preferred; 730+ acceptable).
5.Experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or technology industry is preferred.
