We're looking for an SEO Lead to drive ASUS's global search strategy, ensuring our digital presence is discoverable, relevant, and aligned to business objectives. This role blends performance measurement, technical insight, and strategic collaboration to elevate ASUS's visibility across organic search. You'll guide markets in prioritizing SEO efforts that support growth goals, from expanding gaming share to increasing premium product penetration, and execute optimizations that convert search intent into engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Measure SEO performance across domains, including keyword portfolio performance, SERP rankings, and traffic trends.
  • Influence the technical SEO roadmap, collaborating with web and product teams to ensure site architecture, speed, and crawlability support organic growth.
  • Partner with territories and markets to develop localized SEO prioritization roadmaps aligned to strategic business goals.
  • Execute SEO optimization initiatives — from on-page improvements to content refinement — in collaboration with content, UX, and development teams.

Own and improve key metrics including:

  • Keyword portfolio strength
  • SERP ranking performance
  • Organic traffic growth
  • Conversion from organic sessions

Qualifications

Technical & Strategic Skills

  • Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals including keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content optimization.
  • Experience with SEO performance tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Ability to interpret SEO data and translate it into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with web development concepts and technical SEO factors (e.g. site speed, structured data etc).
  • Bonus: Experience influencing product or website roadmaps based on SEO needs.

A Day in the Life

You start your day reviewing monthly SERP performance across key product categories, identifying opportunities to strengthen keyword coverage. You meet with regional teams to align on SEO priorities for the upcoming quarter ensuring their roadmaps support business goals like gaming market share or premium penetration. Midday, you join a web team sync to advocate for technical improvements that will improve website vitals. Later, you review content updates for a new product launch, ensuring they're optimized for search intent and aligned to keyword strategy.
