Job Description
What you'll do

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of data analysis projects to support and drive business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to senior management, including management dashboards, regular commercial reports, marketing intelligence reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline and enhance analytical workflows; stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Design and implement data collection systems and processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques, experienced with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.
  • Proven experience in driving sales performance analysis, marketing analysis, and conducting comprehensive business reviews.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and BigQuery for data analysis; familiarity with Python and R is a plus. .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing analytics projects from conception to implementation.
  • Experience working with large datasets and databases, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Able to demonstrate independent thinking and communicate effectively across teams by sharing their own insights.
