Job overview

In this role, as Managing Director you will be proactively leading, developing and coaching the TaiwanCommercial team, managing the sales and marketing plans to both achieving key qualitative and quantitativegoals with targeted profitability, and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction in Taiwan.

Primary Responsibilities/Duties

Being accountable for achieving assigned order intake, shipment, targeted margin, and relatedobjectives. Responsible for margin and working capital improvements in addition to the top line.

Setting up clear sales objectives and goals and allocating target by segments and by sales territories.

Developing and maintaining healthy distribution network across Taiwan, Achieving balanced channelstructure of direct sale and e-Commerce to maximize business coverage.

Leading the team to successfully plan and implement marketing programs and regional promotionalactivities.

Tracking sales performance and developing solutions in performance improvement possibility.

Building up and developing a professional Commercial team, Supporting team members with theircareer development and retaining key talents through collaboration with HR and management team.

Motivating and engaging team by fostering culture consistency with company values and high businessstandards.

Qualification

8+ years' experience in industrial sectors with strong technical knowledge. 5+ years sales managementexperience.(Experience of leading a sales team is desired)

Having good communication skills and being fluent in English.

Proven ability to recognize, motivate and develop team members.

An individual who has a strong sale-oriented personality, with good capabilities to involve in a cross -cultural team in the sales work and highly competitive spirit.

A highly adaptable, intuitive, customer-focused, self-motivated, good planner and a team player, havingprecision and accuracy in work, working effectively with a cross-function team

Being creative and open-minded to new ways and new ideas.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work under pressure,accept 50% business trips
