This opportunity is for a highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated candidate with a knack for keeping things running smoothly. This candidate will be working with like-minded team members in a vibrant and energetic office environment.

What You Can Do For Us

  • Office reception, mail collection and courier arrangement
  • Manage general office maintenance, facilities management and ensure the office is functioning smoothly in clean, neat, tidy, and welcoming conditions
  • Manage and replenish office supplies as needed such as stationery, groceries etc.
  • Travel arrangements for guests/colleagues
  • Organizing / Supporting events coordination
  • Process invoices via the in-house system for payment & follow up on outstanding GUI invoices
  • Handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the team

Who Are We Looking For

  • At least 1 years of general admin experience preferred
  • Proficient with standard business tools (MS Office 365 especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Basic oral English communication skills are required, along with strong written communication in English and Chinese for business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A collaborative team player who takes initiative and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
