【International Market Division】Human Health Supplement Business Department – Marketing Assistant Manager
1. Overseas Marketing Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement overseas marketing strategies and annual plans, including website maintenance, brand promotion, marketing campaigns, and budget control.
- Plan and execute cross-border e-commerce promotion (e.g., Amazon US, Rakuten Japan).
2. Brand Promotion & Events
- Plan online and offline brand promotion campaigns to enhance brand influence and awareness.
- Participate in international trade shows and business events to drive new product launches and global expansion.
3. Market Research & Content Marketing
- Collect and analyze overseas market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor insights.
- Prepare proposals and presentations, delivering differentiated marketing strategies.
- Develop localized brand content integrated with digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media advertising, KOL/KOC collaborations).
4. Channels & Partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, sales, administration) and overseas partners to ensure supply chain efficiency and compliance.
5. Regulatory & Compliance Management
- Stay updated with international health supplement regulations to ensure product labeling and advertising compliance.
6. Performance Tracking & Team Management
- Monitor marketing performance (KPIs: exposure, conversion rate, revenue) and provide optimization suggestions.
- Lead and train the marketing team to ensure timely project delivery.
- Effectively plan, execute, and track marketing budgets.
7. Others
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with the cultural and business environment of the international health supplement market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English and local languages preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

- Proven experience in international brand marketing, with a proactive personality and strong drive for results.
