【Key Responsibilities】

  • Lead and deliver
    EUC-related projects
    covering desktop refresh, endpoint security, O365 / collaboration tool rollout, and IT service improvements.
  • Collaborate with local business users (Investment, Compliance, Operations, Risk) to
    understand business needs
    and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with
    regional/global IT teams
    to align infrastructure, endpoint, and helpdesk service standards.
  • Manage
    incident, change, and problem processes
    for end-user environments; ensure effective communication with business stakeholders.
  • Supervise
    vendor management and service delivery
    for outsourced EUC / Helpdesk operations.
  • Ensure compliance with
    information security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements
    relevant to the financial industry.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of
    local IT policies, hardware lifecycle, and system documentation
    .
  • Identify opportunities to
    enhance productivity and user experience
    through process improvements and technology updates.

【Qualifications】

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering
    , or related field.
  • 5+ years
    of relevant experience in
    EUC, IT Infrastructure, or Helpdesk Hands- on Management
    , preferably within the
    financial services or investment industry
    .
  • Solid technical experience of
    desktop support, Windows OS, Active Directory, endpoint protection, O365, SCCM, Intune
    , and related tools.
  • Experience managing
    regional/global IT coordination
    and working in a
    matrixed international organization
    .
  • Familiarity with
    investment management or fund operations workflows
    and ability to understand
    business priorities and compliance frameworks
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and stakeholder management
    skills; able to bridge IT and non-technical users.
  • Fluent in
    English
  • PMP or ITIL certification preferred.
