【Role charter】
• This is an Admin & Ops generalist role focused on building the operating system for a young startup—expenses, procurement, contracts, People Ops basics, and documentation. You'll drive cross-functional projects and coordinate/negotiate with external partners. Day-to-day office admin is handled by office administrator; your focus is process design, integration, and rollout.
• You will work closely with founders to build core operations and execute strategic priorities.

• Procurement & Vendors:
Own RFQ/RFP, price benchmarking, and contracts; plan bulk/long-term buys (lead time, payment, quality, after-sales); keep supplier/contract ledgers with renewal alerts.
• Accounting Liaison:
Design reimbursement/approval/payment SOPs; consolidate e-invoices/receipts; run month-end close; coordinate with outsourced accountants; track cash flow and A/R–A/P.
• People Ops Infrastructure:
Design and standardize core People Ops processes—hiring cadence & interview logging; onboarding/offboarding workflows; device/account registers.
• Operational Build-Out & Policy Rollout:
Vendor onboarding; roll out light policies (leave/travel/assets/seal/docs); define documentation SOPs (templates, forms, versioning).
• External Interface:
Fluent English & Chinese for supplier/partner comms and negotiations; prepare concise decks and outward-facing docs.
• Occasional domestic/overseas travel may be required.
