Key Responsibilities:

Channel Management:

  • Oversee and manage distribution channels including agents, retail, e-commerce, and SI.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of IT product distribution and hands-on sales/marketing experience.

Product Management:

  • Develop product strategies and positioning tailored to different channels, identifying the optimal product mix from existing portfolios.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Propose new products that align with company strategy and market needs, supported by thorough competitive analysis, market size assessment, sales forecasts, and marketing plans.

Pricing Strategy:

  • Maintain consistent MSRP across various channels.
  • Manage pricing for promotional activities and ensure budget control.

Marketing and Promotional Strategy:

  • Assist in executing product launches and PR events to maintain brand image and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement channel marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in selling computer systems (desktops) and components such as cases, coolers, and power supplies.
  • Strong logical thinking and a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Excellent business English communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Outstanding presentation and proposal skills.
