- Knowledge Management Platform Planning & Operations
Design, build, and maintain a centralized knowledge management platform for product, technology, and sales materials (e.g., Sales Kits, proposal templates, and success cases) in collaboration with technical teams.
Define knowledge architecture, classification logic, and update workflows to ensure information is timely, traceable, and well-organized.
- Financial and Revenue Data Analysis
Consolidate revenue, gross margin, and growth data across product lines, business units, and market regions.
Develop dashboards and management reports to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
- Cross-Department Data Integration & Business Insights
Partner with product, sales, and technology teams to integrate data resources.
Deliver data-driven insights to support sales strategy, product planning, and customer engagement performance.
- Process Optimization & Tool Implementation
Evaluate and implement BI, KM, and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Notion, Confluence, SharePoint).
Establish data quality standards and maintenance processes to promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Information Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or knowledge management.
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Hands-on experience in OKR/KPI design and sales performance tracking.
Skilled in executive presentation and storytelling with data.
Good command of English, with the ability to read financial reports and technical documentation.
