ROLE SUMMARY
In charge of new technology, new polymer test items and new market development and be a catalyst to initiate creativity and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Lead the polymer project team, and ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Manage the internal resource to adapt to project changes, address competing deadlines and conflicting goals due to client requests.
- Develop new business/technic and identify additional business opportunities through the undeveloped or existing clients' relationships.
- Coordinate the polymer team, dealing with the internal team conflict and provide a good communication atmosphere.
- Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments to address key business issues and explore opportunities.
- Familiar with semiconductor materials, composite materials, Anti-corrosion coatings and Speciality chemicals are preferred
PROFILE (Education/experience/Skill/Certifications, etc)
- Education (Essential)
- Master degree or equivalents in Polymer, Material Engineering or Chemical-related field.
- Experience (Essential)
- 3 years of Business Development or Project Management experience
- 5 years of Research & Design engineer experience in polymer or chemical materials related industry
- Technical expertise background, outgoing, willing to communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Over 5 years of experience in a related industry; supervisory experience is a plus.
- English proficiency at an intermediate level or above, or TOEIC score of 650 or higher.
