Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications across the full stack. This role involves both hands-on development and technical leadership, guiding a team of engineers while collaborating closely with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
This is a full-time role based in Taipei.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle — from requirement analysis, system design, and implementation to testing and deployment.
- Architect and develop robust
backend services and modern frontend
applications using
, NestJS, NextJS, and AWS
services
. - Define and uphold coding standards, development processes, and best practices to maintain high code quality and consistency.
- Conduct technical reviews, mentor team members, and provide guidance on complex problem-solving and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business and product goals.
- Drive adoption of scalable system designs, including microservices, event-driven architectures, and API-first integrations.
- Ensure application security, reliability, and performance optimization through effective design, testing, and deployment strategies.
- Contribute to long-term technology roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with demonstrated
leadership or mentorship experience. - Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability.
- Proficiency in
JavaScript/TypeScript, , NestJS frameworks, AWS. - Experience developing and maintaining
RESTful APIs
and microservices. - Familiarity with
event sourcing, domain-driven design
, or related architectural paradigms. - Hands-on experience with
SQL databases, AWS services, Lambda, and Kubernetes. - Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization.
