負責公司整體財務策略與內控制度規劃,監督帳務正確與報表分析,支援高層經營決策。
Responsible for overall financial strategy and internal control, supervising accounting accuracy and financial reporting, and supporting management decisions.
主要職責 Key Responsibilities
• 規劃並監督會計制度與財務流程。 / Plan and oversee accounting systems and financial processes.
• 審核月報、年報及合併報表。 / Review monthly, annual, and consolidated reports.
• 編製預算、資金與稅務規劃。 / Prepare budgets, cash flow, and tax planning.
• 監督會計團隊並培訓人員。 / Supervise and train the accounting team.
• 對接會計師、銀行與稅務機關。 / Liaise with auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
任職條件 Qualifications
• 財會相關學歷,10年以上財務經驗(含3年以上主管職)。 / Degree in Accounting or Finance with 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in management.
• 熟悉 IFRS、稅法及跨國帳務。 / Familiar with IFRS, tax regulations, and cross-border accounting.
• 英文可溝通報表與財務議題。 / Proficient in English for financial communication.
