We are seeking an HR Generalist to support and strengthen our people operations. This role will handle the day-to-day HR administration and ensure smooth execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in recruitment support, employee engagement, and coordination with external HR partners, while serving as a trusted point of contact for our employees. Responsibilities
  • Manage daily HR administration, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and administering benefits.
  • Support recruitment operations, including job board management, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for HR services (e.g., insurance, training).
  • Provide support for key HR programs and initiatives.
Required Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a related function.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, databases, and reporting tools.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee data.
