We are seeking an HR Generalist to support and strengthen our people operations. This role will handle the day-to-day HR administration and ensure smooth execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in recruitment support, employee engagement, and coordination with external HR partners, while serving as a trusted point of contact for our employees. Responsibilities- Manage daily HR administration, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and administering benefits.
- Support recruitment operations, including job board management, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
- Serve as the point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for HR services (e.g., insurance, training).
- Provide support for key HR programs and initiatives.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or a related function.
- Familiarity with HR systems, databases, and reporting tools.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High level of accuracy, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee data.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in execution.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Team-oriented and collaborative, able to build trust across teams and geographies.
- Adaptable to fast-changing environments and competing priorities.
