We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who connects the dots between our technical, creative, and production teams to keep campaigns running with clarity, speed, and intent. You'll help manage marketing communications, build and review assets, and align with suppliers to ensure every deliverable not only looks right but also feels on brand, on time, and on point.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing assets: press kits, visuals, and launch materials.

  • Assist with campaign briefs, social content, and partner communications.

  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and approvals with internal teams and external partners.

  • Ensure everyone stays aligned, from internal teams to suppliers and clients.

  • Update dashboards and project trackers in Notion, Asana, or Google Sheets.

  • Review all outgoing materials for accuracy, tone, and visual consistency.

Requirments

  • Have two years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination, preferably within tech, hardware, or creative agencies.

  • Communicate clearly with creative, technical, and supplier teams.

  • Possess strong attention to detail in copy, layout, and all deliverables.

  • Feel comfortable managing multiple projects with a calm, proactive approach.

  • Use tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and Asana confidently.
