**What You'll Do

  • Analyze & Manage Partner Performance

  • Track and analyze marketplace sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Maintain CRM records to ensure accuracy and timely updates
  • Ensure partner compliance with contractual and legal requirements

  • Develop & Support Strategic Partnerships

  • Manage and grow long-term relationships with marketplace partners

  • Provide operational support and resolve issues with actionable solutions
  • Ensure partners meet service and performance standards (e.g. PQI, CRC)

  • Drive Business Growth

  • Co-create commercial and promotional strategies for the marketplace

  • Propose added-value services and exposure opportunities for partners
  • Support partners in expanding into other APAC markets

  • Review & Optimize Strategy

  • Monitor business performance and identify improvement opportunities

  • Prepare regular reports to inform internal decision-making
  • Adjust partnership strategies to improve revenue and operational efficiency

**What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, key account management, or business development
  • Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, Word for commercial planning
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Data-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); experience in international collaboration is a plus
  • Passionate about sports, and regularly practice at least one sport
  • Familiar with Taiwan's sports brand landscape and e-commerce ecosystem
